“In this age of perfect information, realtor.com, realtytree.com and so on – many people question the need for realtors, NOT ME!!

“As my search for the near perfect home continued for over a year, I would scour the internet and published material looking at every listing, particularly, any new hidden gems each week. In my almost daily search for new listings, several weeks ago I saw the MLS listing for a house on Shore Drive, ultimately the house I purchased! However, the seller’s agent had incorrectly entered the listing into the MLS system as a West Palm Beach address instead of the actual address of Palm Beach Gardens. Having no interest in West Palm Beach, I discarded the listing.
