PALM BEACH COUNTY
Palm Beach County’s inventory continues to climb with active listings currently sitting at 5,080, a 26.1% increase from this time last year. The county experienced a 19.2% increase in dollar volume overall at $1.1 billion this month with the median sale price being $615,000.
MARTIN COUNTY
Martin County’s inventory continues to climb with active listings currently sitting at 677, a 31.5% increase from this time last year. The county experienced a 42.7% increase in dollar volume overall at $156.9 million this month with the median sale price being $650,000.
ST. LUCIE COUNTY
St. Lucie County’s inventory continues to climb with active listings currently sitting at 1,949, a 21.9% increase from this time last year. The county experienced a 12.7% increase in dollar volume overall at $190.9 million this month with the median sale price being $390,000.
BROWARD COUNTY
Broward County’s inventory continues to climb with active listings currently sitting at 3,901, a 22.8% increase from this time last year. The county experienced a 17.2% increase in dollar volume overall at $720.1 million this month with the median sale price being $625,000.
