February 2025 reports have been released detailing recent real estate activity in Palm Beach County and surrounding areas.
PALM BEACH COUNTY
Palm Beach County closed 1,009 sales in February with over 40% being cash sales. Cash Sales could be an indicator of the extent to which investors are participating in the county’s market. Compared to the start of the year, Palm Beach County closed 408 cash sales now up to 450 – a 10% increase. Meanwhile, new listings remained consistent, bringing the total to 1,874. Months’ supply of inventory has also increased year-over-year, currently sitting at 5.7 months.
MARTIN COUNTY
Martin County closed 154 sales in February with over 50% being cash sales. Cash Sales could be an indicator of the extent to which investors are participating in the county’s market. Compared to the start of the year, Martin County closed 56 cash sales now up to 80 – a 42% increase. Meanwhile, new listings increased 4.7%, bringing the total to 290. Months’ supply of inventory has also increased year-over-year, currently sitting at 5.9 months.
ST. LUCIE COUNTY
St. Lucie County closed 374 sales in February with over 25% being cash sales. Cash Sales could be an indicator of the extent to which investors are participating in the county’s market. Compared to the start of the year, St. Lucie County closed 85 cash sales now up to 94 – a 10% increase. Meanwhile, new listings remained consistent, bringing the total to 755. Months’ supply of inventory has also increased year-over-year, currently sitting at 6.1 months.
BROWARD COUNTY
Broward County closed 802 sales in February with over 25% being cash sales. Cash Sales could be an indicator of the extent to which investors are participating in the county’s market. Compared to the start of the year, Broward County remained consistent month-over-month when it comes to buyers completing cash transactions. Meanwhile, new listings increased 6.4%, bringing the total to 1,675. Months’ supply of inventory has also increased year-over-year, currently sitting at 5.3 months.
