August 2023 reports have been released from Florida Realtors® detailing recent real estate activity in Palm Beach County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes.
PALM BEACH COUNTY
Palm Beach County’s months supply of inventory remained the same from July to August at 2.9 months, a 7.4% increase from August 2022. The median sale price in the county experienced a 7.1% increase from 2022 at $605,000 but remained fairly consistent with last month.
MARTIN COUNTY
Martin County’s months supply of inventory remained the same from July to August at 2.9 months, an 11.5% increase from August 2022. The median sale price in the county experienced a 12.9% decrease from 2022 at $575,000. Last month we saw median sales prices reach $610,000.
ST. LUCIE COUNTY
St. Lucie County’s months supply of inventory slightly increased from July to August at 2.7 months and remained consistent year over year. The median sale price in the county experienced a slight 1.3% increase from 2022 at $395,000.
BROWARD COUNTY
Broward County’s months supply of inventory remained the same from July to August at 2.8 months, a 12% increase from August 2022. The median sale price in the county experienced a 6.7% increase from 2022 at $600,000 but remained consistent with last month.
