PALM BEACH COUNTY
Palm Beach County closed 1,174 sales in July while also seeing an increase in active listings to 5,159, a 50.4% increase year-over-year but remaining fairly consistent with last month. The months’ supply of inventory has increased year-over-year by 55.2%, currently sitting at 4.5 months as the county cools towards a balanced market.
MARTIN COUNTY
Martin County closed 177 sales in July while also seeing an increase in active listings to 704, a 48.8% increase year-over-year but remaining consistent with last month. The months’ supply of inventory has increased year-over-year by 48.3%, currently sitting at 4.3 months as the county cools towards a balanced market.
ST. LUCIE COUNTY
St. Lucie County closed 525 sales in July while also seeing an increase in active listings to 2,067, a 69.6% increase year-over-year but remaining fairly consistent with last month. The months’ supply of inventory has increased year-over-year by 80%, currently sitting at 4.5 months as the county cools towards a balanced market.
BROWARD COUNTY
Broward County closed 1,131 sales in July while also seeing an increase in active listings to 4,483, a 56.3% increase year-over-year but remaining fairly consistent with last month. The months’ supply of inventory has increased year-over-year by 56.3%, currently sitting at 4.4 months as the county cools towards a balanced market.
