March 2025 reports have been released detailing recent real estate activity in Palm Beach County and surrounding areas.
PALM BEACH COUNTY
Palm Beach County continued to see inventory climb in March in comparison to this time in 2024. There were 2,047 new listings in March in Palm Beach County – a 15.2% increase from 1,777 in March 2024. At the same time, the median time to contract also increased by 22.9% year-over-year to 43 days.
MARTIN COUNTY
Martin County continued to see inventory climb in March in comparison to this time in 2024. There were 272 new listings in Martin County – a 6.7% increase from 255 in March 2024. At the same time, the median time to contract also increased by 5.1% year-over-year to 41 days.
ST. LUCIE COUNTY
St. Lucie County continued to see inventory climb in March in comparison to this time in 2024. There were 770 new listings so far this year in St. Lucie County – a 6.6% increase from 722 in March 2024. At the same time, the median time to contract also increased by 36.6% year-over-year to 56 days.
BROWARD COUNTY
Broward County continued to see inventory climb in March in comparison to this time in 2024. There were 1,798 new listings so far this year in Broward County – a 7.5% increase from 1,672 in March 2024. At the same time, the median time to contract also increased by 20% year-over-year to 42 days.
