PALM BEACH COUNTY
Palm Beach County experienced a 18.2% increase in months supply of inventory from this time last year, currently sitting at 3.9 months. The county saw $846.8 million in dollar volume this month compared to $828.2 million in 2022.
MARTIN COUNTY
Martin County experienced a 16.1% increase in months supply of inventory from this time last year, currently sitting at 3.6 months. The county saw $123.6 million in dollar volume this month compared to $70 million in 2022.
ST. LUCIE COUNTY
St. Lucie County experienced a 9.4% increase in months supply of inventory from this time last year, currently sitting at 3.5 months. The county saw $173.5 million in dollar volume this month compared to $162.4 million in 2022.
BROWARD COUNTY
Broward County experienced a 16.7% increase in months supply of inventory from this time last year, currently sitting at 3.5 months. The county saw $648.3 million in dollar volume this month compared to $603.5 million in 2022.
