October 2023 reports have been released from Florida Realtors® detailing recent real estate activity in St. Lucie County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes.
PALM BEACH COUNTY
Palm Beach County saw 1,757 new listings in October compared to 1,577 in the previous year, a 11.4% increase. The months supply of inventory has also increased to 3.6 months, a 12.5% increase from 2022.
MARTIN COUNTY
Martin County saw 239 new listings in October compared to 181 in the previous year, a 32% increase. The months supply of inventory has also increased to 3.3 months, a 13.8% increase from 2022.
ST. LUCIE COUNTY
St. Lucie County saw 665 new listings in October compared to 630 in the previous year, a 5.6% increase. The months supply of inventory has also increased to 3.3 months, a 10% increase from 2022.
BROWARD COUNTY
Broward County saw 1,577 new listings in October compared to 1,498 in the previous year, a 5.3% increase. The months supply of inventory has also increased to 3.4 months, a 17.2% increase from 2022.
