PALM BEACH COUNTY
Palm Beach County ended the year with an increase in months supply of inventory year-over-year, currently sitting at 4 months – a 25% increase from 2022.

MARTIN COUNTY
Martin County ended the year with an increase in months supply of inventory year-over-year, currently sitting at 3.6 months – a 16.1% increase from 2022.

ST. LUCIE COUNTY
St. Lucie County ended the year with an increase in months supply of inventory year-over-year, currently sitting at 3.6 months – a 16.1% increase from 2022.

BROWARD COUNTY
Broward County ended the year with an increase in months supply of inventory year-over-year, currently sitting at 3.4 months – a 13.3% increase from 2022.
