PALM BEACH COUNTY
Palm Beach County saw a spike in inventory with 16.6% growth from January 2023, currently sitting at 4,900 active listings. The county experienced a 12.9% increase in new listings rising to 1,904 from 1,687 in 2023. The median time to sale is currently at 82 days with the median sale price in January being $615,000, a 5.6% increase. Overall, Palm Beach County closed 811 sales with $952.2 million in dollar volume this month compared to $863.7 million in 2023.

MARTIN COUNTY
Martin County saw a spike in inventory with 20% growth from January 2023, currently sitting at 636 active listings. The county experienced a 12.4% increase in new listings rising to 245 from 218 in 2023. The median time to sale is currently at 84 days with the median sale price in January being $570,000, a 0.7% decrease. Overall, Martin County closed 107 sales with $109.5 million in dollar volume this month compared to $74 million in 2023.

ST. LUCIE COUNTY
St. Lucie County saw a spike in inventory with 10.4% growth from January 2023, currently sitting at 1,893 active listings. The county experienced a 3.2% increase in new listings rising to 741 from 718 in 2023. The median time to sale is currently at 77 days with the median sale price in January being $390,000, a 5.9% decrease. Overall, St. Lucie County closed 283 sales with $122.5 million in dollar volume this month

BROWARD COUNTY
Broward County saw a spike in inventory with 11.1% growth from January 2023, currently sitting at 3,838 active listings. The county experienced a 24% increase in new listings rising to 1,598 from 1,289 in 2023. The median time to sale is currently at 76 days with the median sale price in January being $575,000, a 6.5% increase. Overall, Broward County closed 707 sales with $885.6 million in dollar volume this month compared to $505.4 million in 2023.
