PALM BEACH COUNTY
Palm Beach County is seeing an increase in months supply of inventory from August 2022, currently sitting at 3.3 months. We also saw 1,692 new listings this month, a 8.3% increase from this time last year. Palm Beach County saw $1 billion in dollar volume last month, a 3.7% increase from September 2022. The median sale price in the county is $600,000, a 3.4% increase year of year.

MARTIN COUNTY
Martin County is seeing a slight increase in months supply of inventory from August 2022, currently sitting at 2.9 months. We also saw 205 new listings this month, a 18.5% increase from this time last year. Martin County saw $103.5 million in dollar volume last month, a 14.8% decrease from September 2022. The median sale price in the county is $577,645, a 4.8% decrease year of year.

ST. LUCIE COUNTY
St. Lucie County is seeing an increase in months supply of inventory from August 2022, currently sitting at 3 months. We also saw 623 new listings this month, remaining very consistent with numbers we saw last month. St. Lucie County saw $197.2 million in dollar volume last month, a 4.9% decrease from September 2022. The median sale price in the county is $394,500, remaining fairly consistent with last year.

BROWARD COUNTY
Broward County is seeing a slight increase in months supply of inventory from August 2022, currently sitting at 3 months. We also saw 1,435 new listings this month, remaining fairly consistent month over month. Broward County saw $885.5 million in dollar volume last month, a 17.8% increase from September 2022. The median sale price in the county is $602,000, a 6.5% increase year of year.
