PALM BEACH COUNTY
Active listings in Palm Beach County continue to grow, currently at 5,066 listings – a 30.7% increase from this time last year. The county is also experiencing a 37.5% increase of months supply of inventory at 4.4 months as consumers sift through the market. The average sale price in Palm Beach County was $1,196,445, with a total dollar volume of $1.5 billion.
MARTIN COUNTY
Active listings in Martin County continue to grow, currently at 691 listings – a 41.3% increase from this time last year. The county is also experiencing a 35.5% increase of months supply of inventory at 4.2 months as consumers sift through the market. The average sale price in Martin County was $824,767, with a total dollar volume of $155.6 million.
ST. LUCIE COUNTY
Active listings in St. Lucie County continue to grow, currently at 1,954 listings – a 36.7% increase from this time last year. The county is also experiencing a 50% increase of months supply of inventory at 4.2 months as consumers sift through the market. The average sale price in St. Lucie County was $432,093, with a total dollar volume of $207.4 million.
BROWARD COUNTY
Active listings in Broward County continue to grow, currently at 4,007 listings – a 34.1% increase from this time last year. The county is also experiencing a 44.4% increase of months supply of inventory at 3.9 months as consumers sift through the market. The average sale price in Broward County was $863,028, with a total dollar volume of $935.5 million.
