PALM BEACH COUNTY
As inventory declines year-over-year in July, supply of inventory increases to 2.9 months—a 7.4% increase from July 2022. The median sale price remained consistent at $600,000.
MARTIN COUNTY
As inventory declines year-over-year in July, supply of inventory increases to 2.9 months—a 11.5% increase from July 2022. The median sale price increased 8% in 2023 at $610,000.
ST. LUCIE COUNTY
As inventory declines year-over-year in July, supply of inventory increases to 2.5 months—an 8.7% increase from July 2022. The median sale price remained fairly consistent at $390,000.
BROWARD COUNTY
As inventory declines year-over-year in July, supply of inventory increases to 2.8 months—a 16.7% increase from July 2022. The median sale price remained consistent at $600,000.
